Travel day to Cancun (please use the Cancun (CUN) airport for flight booking) - *** Check-in time is 3:00pm, early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.
Upon arrival to the airport please completely exit the airport and you will find a Crayon sign for your transfer to the hotel. Do not stop at the counters inside as they are for timeshare sales. You want to completely exit the airport. Please see your individual itinerary for full details on pickup. The company providing transfers is Amstar.
- You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage. The spa/gym is available to change and shower once you arrive.
Attendees are on their own for lunch but let's try to meet up in the pool area in the afternoon to connect!
The resort has a wide and diverse program of activities, all focused on the concept of lifestyle and wellness – including morning yoga, daytime sports activities such as volleyball and beach games, aquarobics, dance classes and culinary experiences. There is also a different activity every night, such as live music, casino, silent party and a traditional vintage band with theme nights. Stay tuned for the weekly calendar closer to the trip!
6:00 - 7:00pm: Welcome Cocktail Reception - Egos Terrace at Live Aqua
7:15 - 9:00pm: Small group dine-arounds at Live Aqua. Restaurant locations will be announced one week before the trip and listed on your personalized Travefy itinerary.
Please feel free to stop by the lobby bar, Egos Bar, after dinner for those interested in enjoying a nightcap.
Friday 3/4/2022
9:00am-11:00am - Team Meeting on site in conference room Aqua 1A
Guests have the morning free to explore the resort's world-class pools and white sand beach.
We recommend Sea Corner for lunch for those looking for fresh tacos and ceviche.
3:00pm-5:00pm - For those looking to socialize with other Crayon coworkers please join us at the Pool Club Swim Up Bar.
Dinner at Leisure: No reservations are accepted for specialty dining, they are first come first serve. The planning committee recommends any of the specialty dining restaurants but Hidden Garden, and MB (long pants for men required) are the favorites.
Remember:
- The resort is fully all-inclusive so breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks are included!
- The pools have full drink and food service throughout the day.
- We recommend men bring long slacks and loafers if they choose to eat in the specialty restaurants (MB only).
Saturday 3/5/2022
Today is all yours! Enjoy everything the hotel has to offer.
7:00-9:00pm Farewell Dinner - Location: Pool Club - Please join us for dinner and drinks and to celebrate all that we accomplished in 2021.
Remember:
- The resort is fully all-inclusive so breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks are included!
- Afterparty 9:00pm-11:00pm - Post dinner we will be hosting an afterparty on property for those looking for some dance tunes and a few more social cocktails at at Egos Bar at Live Aqua.

- Check out is 12pm, please make sure you check-out and pay the outstanding balance on your account. You will only have additional charges on your account if you billed something outside of the all-inclusive package. Keep in mind the all-inclusive package covers single drinks, it does not cover bottles ordered.
