Travel day to Riviera Maya (please use the Cancun airport CUN for flight booking)

*** Check-in time is 3:00pm. Early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.  

Upon arrival in Cancun, please completely exit the airport and you will find a Crayon sign for your transfer to the hotel. Do not stop at the counters inside as they are for timeshare sales. You want to completely exit the airport. Please see your Travefy individual itinerary for full details on pickup. The company providing transfers is Amstar.

• You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage. The spa/gym is available to change and shower once you arrive.
• Reminder: complimentary water sports (kayaks & SUPs) are available for guests at the beach every day from 9:00am-4:00pm.

Attendees are on their own for lunch but let's try to meet up in the pool area in the afternoon to connect!

6:30 - 7:30 PM - Welcome Reception. Please join us on the Palmera Lounge for a welcome cocktail hour to kickoff the trip!  Light appetizers and drinks will be served.

7:30 - 9:30 PM - Group Dine-Arounds. Tonight you will enjoy small group dinners at Mura House with co-workers at the restaurants at UNICO2087.

Tonight there will be pre-organized small group dinners so stay tuned for further information!

For those looking for an evening nightcap, please join us at the Palmera Lounge that evening.  There's a great outdoor terrace with bar located off Palmera Lounge and this evening starting at 9:30pm there should be a live band with dancing!

Breakfast on your own. Breakfast is served at both Mi Carisa and 2087 Restaurant from 7:00 - 11:00am. Inez Cafe has fresh juices, coffee, tea, and baked goods in the morning, while the menu transitions to sandwiches, paninis, and meal-sized salads for lunch and dinner.  Cafe Inez is open from 6:00am - 11:00pm.

    10am - There are local hats in all guest rooms. Those are yours to keep, and today on the Nayade Terrace, there will be a local artisan available to decorate your hat complimentary.

  For those looking for afternoon activities the 20°87° Pool will have a live DJ from 1:00-5:00pm.  There will also be pool volleyball during this time and Floating beer pong in the 20°87° Pool. 

  The 20°87° Pool - The most central pool, where guests can enjoy a swim up bar and daily energetic sets from a DJ. Its sophisticated dark blue color provides a warmer water temperature.

  There are 3 pools on property, for those looking for a more mellow experience we recommend La Escondida pool.  Here guests can experience a true sense of escape, with supremely mellow music and comfy seating. The water temperature in this pool is a bit more refreshing, and features a hydro pool.

  Finally if you want to watch the action but not be in the center of it we recommend the third pool, La UNICA Pool.  This pool is large and lively—a place to socialize and hang out with a drink or two. Its sophisticated dark blue color provides a warmer water temperature.

7:00 - 9:30pm - Please join us for our Club Celebration Dinner tonight for Dinner and Drinks at La Unica. La Unica is located on the right side of the pool area.
